Hi, as home pregnancy test is positive means you r pregnant
You need to meet gynaecologist because there r certain tests which we do prior you conceive. If already you meet prior then you can go in 10 to 14 days. If not done then meet .
If any severe pain abdomen then meet dr immediately.

It is better to see the doctor as soon as you have confirmed your pregnancy. The doctor can prescribe folic acid for you and make sure that everything is normal.
