Pregnancy Checklists
Many people say that once or twice is enough for scans during the whole pregnancy journey, as it is harmful. If the pregnant woman is healthy then no need to show a doctor every time at regular intervals.  Also some say consuming supplement type medicines like iron, calcium, vitamins, protein, etc is not required just eat proper food.  How true is it, please request to provide an honest reply.

U hv gathered wrong information Ultrasound is safe in pregnancy In this era Who has been feeding  u with this information Gone are the days whn there was no antenatal checkups n people wud deliver at home at the mercy of a dai!! U definitely need folic acid supplements in first trimester To prevent congenital malformations in the baby After first trimester u definitely need iron  n Calcium supplements

You have to be very regular with your check up during pregnancy. At least once every month Regular ultrasound scan  to determine  any abnormalities  . You have to take regular  iron and Calcium supplements  too
