Is it normal to have mild right ovary side pricking pain during 5 th week ? It's just mild ..like a cramp ,a bit pricking in sensation .

Mild aches and pains are a part and parcel along the journey of pregnancy.It happens due to the growing uterus and the pressure on surrounding organs.Nothing to worry.
