In your first pregnancy you had beautiful tone of your abdominal wall.  Muscles were tight.  So they didn't let your baby sink into the pelvis and it became visible bump. Now your Muscles are relaxed.  Baby has  enough liberty to be in any position.  Abdominal wall is not holding it tight.  So baby bump will be visible at  22 weeks.

Sometimes due to excessive belly fat, it might not be visible. Don’t worry.
