Hi doctor.. I am 6 weeks pregnant and have an appointment 2weeks later..I recently started having a kind of contraction or tremor like feel in lower abdomen without pain..can anyone tell me a reason for this pls.already I had a miscarriage last year because of no fetal heartbeat
