Hi, Please consult a Gynaec Get a pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy first. If pregnancy is confirmed get an ultrasound and Checkup by obstetrician.The doctor will proceed with some baseline blood test, urine tests, and give further advice

Do not stress about injection. Injection of tetanus is needed to prevent infection during delivery. IT CANNOT PREVENT ABNORMALITIES in THE BABY. The tests needed are some urine and blood tests and USG.
