You will need to consult a gynecologist in person and get an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy before going ahead with abortion.
Taking a good effective regular contraceptive pill or other contraceptive options like copper T or mirena are much safer than repeated use of pills or D&C for abortion.
