I was 1 month pregnant and i had taken unwanted kit..i bleeded alot..what does it mean..my abortion is done ??? And if so. When do will i get my regular periods back

If u bled a lot u probably must hv expelled everything.
However still u need to do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out retained products of conception after 10days.
After that only its certain that u aborted completely
