Bleeding does not always begin immediately, and for some women it starts a day or two after the second set of tablets. However, absent bleeding after a medical termination kit is also the main warning sign of two situations that matter: the pregnancy continuing, and a pregnancy sitting outside the uterus, which these tablets do not treat and which can bleed internally. Neither can be sorted out by waiting or by taking more tablets.

Please see a gynaecologist within the next day for an examination and a pelvic ultrasound to confirm what has happened. Take the empty kit packaging with you so the doctor knows exactly what was taken and when.
