Pregnancy after 8yrs

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have conceived after 8yrs. I had thyroid where TSH values were high but previous test shows controlled. But I'm extremely overweight ( height 5.4 and weight 94kg). I'm very much worried. Do I have risks of miscarriage or can I have a healthy pregnancy. Really worried.
