Hello sir
My sister was in 8and half month pre genet running in next 10 days having delevary date hence I have a query my mother saying she have to drink coriander seed water can she drink this now this stage..
If she drink what is benefits Pls revert and what is the time she have to drink Pls. Let me know

As far as medicine is concerned coriander seed water is not recommended in pregnancy..
few people say that drinking it can enhance natural labour pains but there is no proven benefits of the same...
instead if your mother is willing for your sister to have a normal delivery... she can advise her to take more dry fruits and dates and do butterfly flaps and squats

From doctor point of view coriander seed water is not required..
Just intake of calcium, iron, healthy & nutritious diet & adequate rest is all that is desirable..
