I have conceived twice with treatment of follicular scan .first time it got aborted due to no heart beat and second time it was chemical pregnancy ...now i have got conceived naturally almost 45 days over ..will it get success this time..I'm having fear

U r definitely at risk.. because of 2 recurrent pregnancy losses .
U need to take care well this time with proper supplements from Ur obstetrician..
Hopefully u r evaluated for the reason for recurrent abortions...
Please get urself evaluated for infections and other conditions.. which cause abortions
