1st level anomaly scan

Question

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Is 1st trimester anomaly scan same as NT scan or is it different? Two different doctors suggested two different scans for 12th week. Please let me know if these are same.

Anomalies can is not done in the first trimester it is done in second trimester At 12 weeks only one can which is the anti-nb scan or the level one scan is done
