I accidentally took shelcal hd 500 twice one after lunch one b4 dinner..is ther any issue ??..can this harm my baby in ny way???

no issues. Excess dose wont be absorbed

According to WHO guidelines, dose for calcium during pregnancy is 100mg per day. If you are taking calcium 500mg  once a day you should increase it to twice a day (1000mg).
