Prediabetic
I have recently got full body checkup done for myself where i see value of "HbA1C-Glycated Haemoglobin(HPLC) - 6.1" and "estimated average glucose -128.37". Dose it mean diabetes and what should I do to overcome it. Any specific diet i should eat and should not eat to make these parameter normal. Thanks.
