Prediabetic
I have been a prediabetic from few years with fasting blood sugar of 120.
I had 2 cups of green tea a day prior to the blood and urine sugar test and the report is normal with 104 & 140 with fasting and 2 hrs post meal respectively.
Are the results influenced with the green tea and I need to do the retest?

Green tea has no value in diabetes continue your life style no need for medication at present
