Hba1c value in fasting
I am 29 years old female married, no child.
I did full body checkup and my hba1c came as 5.61 and average blood sugar value is 114.
This was done after 12 hours fasting only water.
Is this high? Am i prediabetic?
Last year April also my hba1c was 5.6
Will this progress to diabetes soon ?

Hi., I can understand your concern.
Reports are normal mam, no need to worry.
Next time do check FBS after 8 hrs of last meal.
Do plan for regular exercise and walking.
Avoid processed foods.
