Hba1c is 6.4 (it was 5.8 in October 2022 but I had my wedding and post that food habits became bad)
I have started controlling and exercising from past 20 days. Blood sugar fasting is around 100 now, but today it was 110
I wanted to know that is there any medication which I can take in prediabetic range?
