Your HbA1C is gold stand to diagnose diabetes , shows 3 month average glucose control, and it is within the normal . Fasting and pp values are on the higher side, but they are not as reliable as HbA1C in diagnosing prediabetes/ diabetes. It’s better to go with HbA1C. Therefore you don’t need medicines at this time. However, you may need hormonal testing to determine cause of fatigue , weakness
