I had 2-3 bajra-jaggery cutlets everyone should be familiar with if north Indian at ~4:30- 5:00 pm then at ~5:30 pm had banana milkshake with 1 teaspoon added
sugar then had 2-3 spoon pastry at ~6:30 pm to 7:00 pm and check my blood sugar at around 7:00 -7:30 pm with three consecutive reading as 114, 100,101 , I'm 19 male , father with
diabetes, I have bmi of 20.1 and walk 10k+ steps daily , yesterday my fasting sugar was 91 something , I'm kinda overthinker and thinks about my health, what should I do ,am I at risk of pre diabetes, if so how do I prevent it do tell me some tips to prevent it ,and if I'm being honest I'm kinda scared of these results so please please tell me how do I prevent it , what to avoid &what to adapt , really need some guidance I can quit anything if needed so do answer please
