Hi
I have got positive for prediabetes in Glucose Tolerance test.
But I don't already intake much of sweets and sugary things.
What shall I do now to avoid risk to Type-2 Diabetes?
Shall I take any medicine?

Please check hba1c, fasting and 2 hrs post meals glucose and fasting insulin level in the lab to confirm the diagnosis of prediabetes . H A1c shows 3 month average glucose control and is gold standard to diagnose diabetes. / prediabetes
