Am I at risk of pre diabetes?
I'm 19 male , I checked my blood glucose early in morning two consecutive reading of 92 and 97 , then walked around 4k steps in morning and I had meal around 1:00 -1:30pm of aloo matar and puri and rechecked my glucose level at ~3:30pm that comes out to be 101 and 107 two consecutive reading, i usually walk 10k steps at normal to slightly fast pace at home , I'm bit anxious and ocd type person do I'm at risk of prediabetes and serious, plus i was bit anxious before checking my sugar ,what should I do?
