Pre auricular tags near ear
My child is 2 months now ! He has pre auricular tags near his ears on the left one
! I would like to know whether it's harmful to him kindly suggest methods to remove it

Preauricular skin tags are not harmful. They are just a cosmetic nuisance. But removal is also a very minor daycare procedure. So you can get it done at your convenience.
