Pragnant or not.
My periods are not coming from last one month and there is mild abdominal pain and lower back pain . Feeling tried than usual. But pragnancy test is negative (used prega news kit).I was hoping that I am pragnant . Please suggest.

Need to know your last menstrual date.Howz ur pattern of cycles r they regular / irregular.With regular cycles if u miss ur period usually after one week of your due period date UPT comes positive.Or go for confirmatory beta HCG blood test

what is your last mensural period ? do a beta hcg blood test to confirm and if negative you need evaluation to know the reason for your delay in periods
