First do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy
Then consult a gynaecologist near you.
An ultrasound and clinical examination is needed after which medications can be given for medical termination of pregnancy

Confirmation is must for pregnancy.Either do urine or blood test for pregnancy .If negative then no need of termination only wait and watch of menstruation.If positive consult with the gynaecologist and take her opinion and suggestion.
