If it’s not loose or watery and not associated with cramps it’s not worrisome. Hope there is no fever and appetite is good. It may be just due to dietary increase in fibre
Watch for any progressive symptoms as above, if any. If nothing, relax
Encourage curd, buttermilk, coconut water and probiotics for the next few days - 3 days
