Potential depression
I've been feeling frustrated and sad and very emotional in general since the past a couple of days and I've been crying uncontrollably and I just can't figure out why.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficulty that you are currently facing in your life. The symptoms that you have mentioned are indicative of an underlying mental health illness which can be caused due to some personal stressors which could be causing frustration and anger outburst . May be your studies related tension or relationship issues could be triggering such emotional disturbance. Be positive. You can address it.
