Forward bending of the neck or liwer back reduces the intervertebral gap from where the spinal roots get pinched or brushed with the intervertebral discs and cause various symptoms like tingling, numbness, pain etc. Avoid such postures in which you have to bend your neck or back forwards for long. Adjust the angle and height of your laptop screen in such a way that you don't need to bend. Intermittently rise from your seat and stretch your body extending the neck backside. Don't use thick pillows while sleeping. This should prevent such symptoms you are experiencing.
