Postpregnancy weight loss
I gained 15 KGS in pregnancy and lost just in 1.5 months. I am at 75kgs height 5.6. belly size is still at 44 inches. In my 10th week of postpartum - 3rd month. Can I lose pre pregnancy weight and how? I want to lose belly inches. How long can this take?

Hello, congrats.. Being mother is an wonderful feeling. Pregnancy weight is lost if you successfully breast feed your baby. First and fore most please don't worry about weight or size. Major concern should be to eat healthy and balanced nutritious food. Any weight loss program can hamper feeding protocol of your baby. As of now, Slowly try to engage your self in physical activity and focus more on getting leisure time to sleep. Once weight loss happen u will loose your belly fat. Definitely you will loose weight, increase stamina to exercise.Once baby is taking complementary food you can follow diet protocol.  Relax, as of now focus on spending n hour on physical activity or any sports.

Hello,  I understand your concern and it's good you loosed 1.5 kgs. You can loose still further but go gradually because that would be healthy way. I know schedule would be tight but still try to get just half hour per day for exercise. Any physical activity you like you can include like walking dancing or playing your favorite sport. Cut down direct sugar,  ghee,  and oily fried foods in your meals. Avoid refined flour product and bakery products. Consume more of fresh fruits and sprouts and salads.

Hi..... Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
