Postpartum headache
Hello doc, I have delivered a healthy baby boy 5 months back via csection. I always used to get migrane headaches before my periods(when not pregnant) and I used to treat them with "vasograin". While I was pregnant magically the migrane stopped completely. Now after delivery getting those headache back and even more worse. Can I take vasograin while breastfeeding.? (Other simple headache medicine are not working)? If not what should I take , the headache are more frequent and I have not got my periods back.. please help

Vasograin is not safe is breastfeeding. You can use tab Acton OR..it has high dose paracetamol and helps with headache. While you are breastfeeding your period might be irregular and sometimes absent..don't worry about that. But make sure you are using some form of contraception..either condom or copper T as some patients conceive in the absence of period also.
