I am able to understand your situation. You indeed seem to be suffering from postpartum depressive symptoms. Many people have this and it happens due to the hormonal changes in a woman's body after delivery, so please don't blame yourself for it. I would be more than happy to help you come out of it. It is easily manageable. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for you. You can directly consult with me through Practo. Discussions will be held confidential. Online chat consultation is available.
