Postpartum bleeding
I had C section on 10th April, it's now 56 days and I am still bleeding, the pattern of the blood is red, brown, yellow and then it's feel like it has stopped but then again next day it start bleeding. I got ultrasound as advised by my gynaecologist and it shows normal finding of uterus, ovaries, adnexa, endometrial cavity and pouch of douglas. I had cholestasis of Pregnancy in 3rd trimester and my bile acid level became normal after delivery. I am exclusively giving breast milk to my baby My dr said the bleeding is due to hormones. I am attaching my sonography report.. Please check and advice.
