Postoperative treatment for low CA125
My mom identified with ovarian cancer and given 6 cycles chemotherapy and HIPEC surgery was done on March month after removing tumor. Now for the postoperative treatment, doctors says for targeted therapy for two years based on the tissue genetic results. We have taken her CA125 level and result is 8. Genetic report says it is positive (likely pathogenic variant detected). Lower CA125 level indicates no cancer is what I believed. My only concern is she is healthy now and giving her treatment again shouldn't make her feel worse. What are the alternate treatment option available for postoperative care.

Targeted therapy is better as post operative treatment. Targeted therapy is given to prevent the recurrence of tumour.
