Postfissurectomy complications.
I was operated for piles and anal fissure in 1971. After operation I got anorectal spasm which was diagnosed as Irritable colon. I took many madicines but the spasm did not go completely.ln 2013 I was again operated for fissure and LIS was also done. After tha surgery I experienced burning and spasm.in anorectal area and anal margin. Gastroenterologist diagnosed IBS. Problem has increased since the second surgery. I have been using hot water splash to initiate dedication. I have been dialating the anus for decades after first surgery. Nothing has been found in colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy. Now the operated fissure region has become rough and is itching now and then. Stool is passing with difficulty followed by spasm. There is no bleeding.
