Piles/anal fissure
Hello! I have swelling and pain on my right cheek around the anus. The swelling isn't letting me move/sit/defecate. I'm not able to clean it properly because the area is too swollen and tight and it pains a lot every time I sit on toilet seat. I defecate once at night and I'm drinking lots of water. I took 2 Seradic plus four days back to relieve my tooth ache and the anal problem happened four days back. Not able to cough or sneeze without the anal area paining.
