Hello! I have swelling and pain on my right cheek around the anus. The swelling isn't letting me move/sit/defecate. I'm not able to clean it properly because the area is too swollen and tight and it pains a lot every time I sit on toilet seat. I defecate once at night and I'm drinking lots of water. I took 2 Seradic plus four days back to relieve my tooth ache and the anal problem happened four days back. Not able to cough or sneeze without the anal area paining.

From what. You are saying it looks like a perianal abscess
It should not be delayed as it could get bigger and more painful
You may need urgent examination and drainage of the abscess
