Posterocentral Extrusion L4-5
Posterocentral Extrusion L4-5 and minimal caudal migration , AP value is 4 , transverse is 7 and area is 28 SQ.MM in L4-5. Condition: Pain in right thigh, And Backache in L4 -5 to S1 area. Now would like to know should i go for Rehab procedure or Surgery. If Surgery is needed then what is success rate in my case.

Please upload MRI picture. Now days it's done in microsurgical procedure, hardly we see complications.
