Posterior intramural single fibroid
Fibroid is 44*40 mm . I have heavy bleeding and bleeding between periods. My doctor has suggested surgery. As medicines Mifiact didn't work. I am married for Past2 years and we are planning for kid. What should I do ?

kindly send me location of fibroid,if it is towards uterine cavity,it should be removed before pregnancy
