  4. Posterior fourchette. The cells there?

Posterior fourchette
Recurrent posterior fourchette tearing everytime I have sex. Very painful even after lubrication. Happened after an injury during intercourse. Will it always be the same. I'm distressed. Please help. Can some cream regenerate the cells there?
