Possible posterior fourchette tear
Had sex for the first time and have got a tear at the v opening below the vagina. Is causing irritation and redness and burning on contact with water. Also had periods in the middle so possibly the friction has irritated it further. Can someone pls recommend some otc medicine/ointment for the same?
