Warm saline rinses,4-5 times daily and avoid very hot food or beverages. Ear mild spiced food. If this doesn't reduce your symptoms after 4-5 days kindly visit your dentist

Healing after extraction do take time to heal. Follow proper hygiene measure like warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash, brush twice a day. Visit you doctor again, maybe their is slight infection. Visit doctor and let them know about this, they will apply medicine pack, which will relief your pain. Still have queries then you can consult me online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
