Feels nose blockage sometimes and other times mucus drains good. Is this sinusitis? Never had it before . I don't have fever

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is possible that you may be experiencing sinusitis. Sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses that can cause pain and pressure in the face, as well as a loss of sense of smell. It can be caused by a viral or bacterial infection, or by allergies. It's important to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment. Your doctor may recommend a nasal decongestant or saline nasal spray to help relieve your symptoms. They may also prescribe antibiotics if your sinusitis is caused by a bacterial infection. In the meantime, you can try some home remedies to help alleviate your symptoms. You can try using a warm compress on your face to help reduce pain and pressure. Drinking plenty of fluids can also help thin mucus and relieve congestion. It's important to rest and avoid smoking or exposure to secondhand smoke, as this can worsen your symptoms. Please note that these remedies are not a substitute for medical treatment. It's important to seek medical attention to ensure that you receive the appropriate care and treatment for your condition.
