Greetings. Injection as in intramuscular injection? We don't advise Im injection for kids. Appropriate oral antibiotic will suffice. If required xray can be done n stepped up to iv antibiotic. Nebulisation with oxygen can be given. Kindly do not put ur hand inside baby's mouth it may do more harm than good.
