Post Tibia surgery sexual health
After how many days we can have sex post Tibia nailing. Also, I lost my erections post surgery. How to cure it? Do I need medication to improve sexual health. I had a surgery 2 months back

Surgery on lower limbs under any type of anesthesia ( general or spinal) does not cause any type of sexual dysfunction.
One should be able to perform sexual act after the pain of surgery settles down.
I think you should consult a neurologist and/or a psychologist.
