Hi i have gained a lot of postnatal weight.i do exercise but it skip sometimes and i m nt a dieting kind of person...recently i read about green coffee beans.. Does it really helps in losing weight and are there any side effects

Hello..... You must control diet and should be persistent with exercise... Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Gradually loose weight.. Sudden loss could affect your health... If are still breastfeeding postpone your weight loosing program...
