Post nasal drip
Hi Doctor, I have post nasal drip everyday and I feel breathlessness during that time. Also my O2 level goes down to 83 and comes back to normal few seconds. Is this something I need to worry . Why my spo2 levels fluctuate . Only for few seconds it goes down and comes back to normal. Please advise

While checking Spo2 allow it to settle down... ideally wait 20-30 sec to get accurate value. Persistent Post nasal drip could be due to allergy, consider consultation with a physician to start anti-histamines.
