Post meniscus repair
Hello doctor I undergone an meniscus repair on my right knee... it was sutured .. continuing my knee strengthening and quadriceps daily...now its been 100 days of surgey...i have been bed rest for long days as my upper body become too weak...can i bend my upper body downwards... shall i do small work like cleaning the room with broom stick without squatting...my back becoming weak without doing anything..do i clean the floor without squatting like(bending only upper body without bending the legs)

We can allow full weighy bearing and knee range after a maximum of 6 weeks sometimes earlier of the repair is good. Please talk to your operating surgeon as o feel there is no need to delay resuming any activity
