Ok sir consult near by ophthalmologist and have a physical check up

use lubrication (refresh eyedrops) 4-6 times
do ORTHOPTIC EXERCISES (available in google)
then still if the intermediate vision is blurry after 1-2 days then consult with ophthalmologist and do Refraction and fundus examination
