Post knee acl injury 4 months
I had acl surgery 4 months ago. have sharp pain in femur while climbing stairs. what exercise for rehab to be done? Kindly advice.
CAN'T go down stairs normally. Bending 120degree, can't go beyond that, feels something is stucked behind my knee.
