Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
I have got Post inflammatory Hperpigmentation since July 2020 after getting diagonosed with erythyma multiforme in April. The spots are all over my back stomach, neck, arms. Will these fade on its own or creams are required for treatment?

You need to share photos of the current skin condition. If there is still swelling then depigmenting creams are best avoided as it will only increase irritation
