Kindly specify what do u mean by Post inflammatory pigmentation(PIH). The pic you shared doesnt show anything specific. PIH can be prevented by Sunscreen by applying 3 times a day and also depigmenting creams to reduce the existing pigmentation. There are procedures like chemical peels and laser for the same. Kindly visit a near by dermatologist for further management.
